My husband and I had a very nice first experience with David Hobbs- saw a great used Civic and were told it was the absolute best deal there. The next day was my husband's day off and we spent the afternoon shopping around and making sure that we were getting the best deal possible (David Hobbs was the first time we ever stepped foot into a dealership and this was both of our first car experience). Well, Boyland Honda was able to get us the SAME Civic Lx-S BRAND NEW for $5000 less! We of course went with the Boyland deal and after calling David Hobbs to inform them we went with another dealer, I was put through the ringer, told that I should have called DH and told them to bring the agent we worked with in (it was his day off) because it wasn't right that I went with another dealership, yadda yadda. Well guess what? If you tell someone you gave them the best deal possible and they find another deal $5k less, they're not going to want to deal with you. The best part is that the DH rep s
