very bad place to work! they dont care about their employees at all, and show favoritism towards certain people, there is alot of drama from the veteran reps towards the new reps & the company has an unnecessarily strict policy & write their employees up for absolutely anything, it may be in a nice building but theres nothing nice about working there, their turnover rate is ALOT higher than most call centers, VERY UNSTABLE PLACE TO WORK! more

The worst Company I've ever worked for. They violate the law everyday. Due to the lax standards of Labor Boards in Las Vegas and Tulsa they've been allowed to continue on with their despicable business model for too long. Whatever you do, do not apply here! The employees are awesome, the Supervisors do their best, but management are nothing but the lowest form of scum on the face of the earth. Carolina, You're a waste of life and if you believe in a god I have to assume you know you're going to hell for how you treat these people who work for you. more
