very bad place to work! they dont care about their employees at all, and show favoritism towards certain people, there is alot of drama from the veteran reps towards the new reps & the company has an unnecessarily strict policy & write their employees up for absolutely anything, it may be in a nice building but theres nothing nice about working there, their turnover rate is ALOT higher than most call centers, VERY UNSTABLE PLACE TO WORK!
