My moving experience with this company was a total disaster in so many ways, culminating in the fact that some of my items were never delivered at all, and the company has not provided any compensation (or explanation) despite the fact that I paid them for tens of thousands of dollars of insurance coverage.\r \r The items that they did deliver were delivered in multiple deliveries, months after they promised that they would be delivered. The representatives that I dealt with were disorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional, and incompetent.\r \r If you ever want to see your things again, I strongly recommend you stay away from this company. Cons: They don't deliver all of your shipment, and what they do deliver, they do after several months more

These guys did some things really well, i.e. showing up early, working efficiently, and providing helpful advice and packing materials. However, there were a few ""little things"" e.g. one mover constantly calling me ""Baby""; they said that they gave our building key back but they didn't give it to my husband or I (we think they gave it to the guard); they took twice as long as the estimate that we got over the phone; they were a little rough with some of the boxes (in a speedy way)and scratched up the wood floors a bit; and they applied a fuel surcharge based on the hours worked, though we only moved 2 blocks.
