David has been the best tax consultant I have ever had. He digs for refunds and works to find many - not so well known deductions - that even the IRS had to ""think about it"" . He also has great customer service and very friendly. I moved to Washington state 9 years ago and have stated with him. Score for me is 15 out of 10! Pros: Fast with better refunds than others Cons: I love in Washington state more

I don't know where to start. I was just starting out in business and found Dave from a referral from a friend. My friend apologizes profusely ever since. In short, his customer service is so poor that I don't understand how he can even operate his business in any capacity at all. I actually had to ask if he had a personal problem with me and didn't like me or something when he returned 1 phone call in 6 months to me. The only reason that 1 phone call was returned was because my friend who referred me called him for me to tell him to return my call. I had issues with my state govt because he didn't file the paperwork that he said he would and would not return my phone calls to explain why he hadn't completed my work or to even tell me if he WOULD complete the work. I had to find another accountant that was professional and courteous and could actually return phone calls and answer questions for me. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near this guy for your taxes. This is the tip of the iceberg. Pros: he will get you your money but at a cost of terrible customer service Cons: the list is too long more
