David has been the best tax consultant I have ever had. He digs for refunds and works to find many - not so well known deductions - that even the IRS had to ""think about it"" .
He also has great customer service and very friendly. I moved to Washington state 9 years ago and have stated with him.
Score for me is 15 out of 10!
Pros: Fast with better refunds than others
