Making things right. 9/6/2017

I wrote previously about this company. The dishwasher I purchased did not work. Neither the company or LG wanted to replace the dishwasher. Instead, they wanted to repair. I had an issue with this. The owner of Custom Distributors stepped in and got the LG Rep involved. The bottom line - they are going to refund the purchase price of the dishwasher. I am happy with the final resolution and decided to purchase the replacement dishwasher from Custom Distributors. Thank you Darin. more

Customer Distributors - Bad customer servive 8/9/2017

I purchased a new LG dishwasher. It ran through a partial cycle and then won't work at all. Customer Distributors will not replace my brand new dishwasher and want to repair it. This is not acceptable because I purchase a new dishwasher not a refurbished on. more

Customer Distributors - Stay Away 7/27/2017

I don't even want to give this company a one star. I ordered my appliances in April 2017. Microwave and dishwasher came in and has been installed. It is now July 27th and still don't have my range. more
