GREAT COMPANY\r I got Cullen Roofing & Siding Company's name from a co-worker. They had put on his roof and did a great job, I needed my roof repaired and the gutters cleaned. So I called Cullen to come out and give me an estimate. Their price was good so I told them to go ahead. They did a great job and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. more

I wouldn't bother dealing with these guys if you have a small job. We needed a leaky roof repaired and they agreed to come out and take a look. They checked it out and gave us an estimate. We were interested in going through with having the work done but they seemed to have no interest in doing it. After a few weeks passed by and we kept getting blown off when asking when they'd be able to do the job, we cancelled with them and found someone else to do it. \r \r They didn't seem to care. I just don't understand why they'd come out and give estimates on jobs they clearly are not interested in doing. \r \r Don't make the mistake we did, avoid these guys. more

I called Cullen Roofing to get an estimate on a leaky roof. The lady who answered the phone was really nice and had Mr. Cullen call me back. The next day, Mr. Cullen stopped out and gave me an estimate. His estimate was less than the other two estimates I received, but I also chose him to do the work because of his personality. After the estimate, we ended up talking for a half hour. It was like talking to a neighbor or family member.\r \r The crew came out (which included Mr. Cullen, his son, and others) and performed the work. They did a really nice job and I was very happy with the work performed. I ended up recommending them to my neighbor who needed some gutter work. She had a similar experience with Cullen Roofing and is very satisfied, too.\r \r The point is, this is a family owned and operated business. They are very friendly and do quality work, for a fair price. I enjoy supporting local small businesses and feel lucky when I find quality contractors such as Cullen Roofi more

The ice and snow this winter pulled down some of my gutters, trim, and shingles. I called Cullen and they came right out and gave me a fair price so I had them do the work. They did a nice job and I was very pleased with the work they performed. I would not hesitate to use them again.? more

They came out and gave me an estimate for a new roof. They were very reasonable, not only did I let them do the job, they did a couple extra things I asked them about at no extra charge. Being a single woman I appreciated it. After all the record amounts of rain we had in 2009 I am happy to say I have no problems anymore Thanks to Cullen Roofing & Siding Co. T. I was very pleased with the roof Cullen put on my house, Mr. Cullen and his workers were very nice and did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone, they were easy to do business with. Pros: good workmanship more

The roof itself appeared to be okay. The problem came with the resale of the house. The roof, which was under warranty, needed to be certified as satisfactory by a licensed roofer. A few shingles needed to be replaced as well. Considering that Cullen installed the roof, they seemed to be the obvious choice.\r Despite the word from Mr. Cullen, HIMSELF that he would be out to inspect the roof and call us back, it was weeks later and we did not hear from the Cullen Roofing Company, after countless calls left on his answering machine.\r We finally explained that we would file a complaint unless he contacted us. He did. He was dismissive and gave us little time. I would NOT recommend this company. more

I contacted this business for an estimate for a roof repair. A few of my shingles blew off of the roof. This company sent two representatives out to take a look at the problem and quoted me a price of five hundred dollars to repair the problem. It took the over two days to respond out to my house and that price was very high. I did not agree for them to do the job and turned them down after the high price and the slow time getting back to me. more

It took Cullen Roofing several weeks to give us an estimate after our initial call and another couple of weeks before they started work. I felt like I had to pry information out of them; the boss did not seem to be interested in conversation about the job. The workers were very friendly and polite to me but they used a lot of loud, foul language with each other all day and played a radio at very loud volume and left a lot of debris all over the yard until the final cleanup at the end. The job itself was acceptable but not great. Would not recommend.\r \r Update May, 2008: The roof that Cullen put on in 2005 has two leaks and they have not responded to my requests to come out and look at the job. Apparently they do not stand by their work. I wish I'd known that before I contracted with them. more
