Crites Custom Pools

Crites finished our pool 4 months ago. Since then our hot tub blower has broken and failed to work 3 different times. They come out and reset a breaker or fix something and it works 1 or 2 times and breaks again. Three weeks ago it broke again and we've only used our hot tub maybe 5 to 6 times at most. My wife and I have contacted Donna Crites 3 times and she said she would get this problem fixed and it is still 3 weeks and we are still waiting for someone to fix our problem once and for all...Donna has terrible follow up and customer service. more

I did a lot of research on selecting the right pool builder to build our first pool. I finally settled on Crites Custom Pools. Like a lot of posts I read, I heard negative and positive comments on every pool builder. Since this is the first pool I have ever purchased, I wanted everything to go well and try to avoid all the issues you read about.\r \r Well, I just wanted to say, we just finished building our pool with Crites Custom Pools, and they truly exceeded our expectations. After we went through the sales process, you wonder if you made the right choice and if you are getting a quality build pool. I will say, the service really exceeded our expectations after the sale!! When most companies forget you after signing that contract..\r Several pool builders said that could not design around our existing flagstone patio and tight city property line easement restrictions. Crite’s not only came up with a design the city approved, it was exactly how we envisioned it.\r \r Donna Crites, oversaw our project was always on top of everything and did daily checks whether in person or on the phone.. I called her many times just to touch base and understand what was happening next in the process and she always answered the phone and if she didn’t she called me back almost immediately. She addressed every question I had. Every time I called to check on something, the staff was always available. I never had an issue getting in touch with anyone from design, construction to scheduling. And, as I learned how the construction process went, I truly can say, there isn't another pool builder who could've done a better job on any phase of the project or customer service.\r \r I took the time to write this review because I hear so many horror stories, about service and quality.
