the sales process was great, the building process was full of frustration, bad craftsmanship, and poor listening skills. Since our pool was completed, the hot tub has failed 3 times and was fixed three times...the repairs don't seem to last or be permanent. The hot tub broke for a 4th time 3 weeks ago and we contacted Crites 3 times in 3 weeks and they have yet to come out and fix the hot tub. I suspect they don't know what the problem is since they keep making temporary repairs....I wish I went with another pool builder who actually talked to their customers. more
