It was important for me to write to you and let you know of the outstanding customer service that was extended to my family from Brian Geist and his team at Criswell Chevrolet - namely - Brian, Joey Ryall (in particular), Chris Hall, Julie Hare and Jim Carter. You are lucky to have them. In the 30 years that I have been buying cars, I have never had a better or more enjoyable purchasing experience than at Criswell. I am appreciative of their patience, professionalism, and kindness. More importantly I think that Brian's team is tremendous representatives for your dealership and its consistently good reputation. This is our first Chevy in more than 10 years, and we are very happy and confident with our new vehicle - a 2011 Chevy Tahoe L TZ. With Brian at the helm - I will gladly refer my friends and family to Criswell, and we look forward to returning again and again! Thank you everyone!
