We've been to Cristo's (at the former site of Andy's Pizza, which was a local institution for many years) several times since they opened, and each time has been a pleasant experience. The pizza and calzones are amazing; the toppings are fresh and nothing is overcooked (think juicy pepperoni and bright, crunchy green peppers). The servers are polite, prompt and always seem happy. The interior has been totally redone, and thank the gods, because the '80s-era industrial carpet that Andy's refused to replace had been so saturated with grease, sauce, spilled drinks and other food debris that it squished under your feet. Srsly. I was afraid to wear flip-flops in there. I know many people miss the old Andy's and refuse to give Cristo's a chance, but please do so. You'll only need to once, because after that it'll be your go-to place for pizza night.
