Creative Minds Development Center

My 18mth old son (at the time) was attending the toddler class at Creative Mind on windfern. I have never witnessed such an irresponsible group of people working at once at the same place in my life! My son was only there for 3 mths and throughout this time my son was bitten 6 times, had a black eye, had bruises that nobody could expalin to me, and had numerous diaper rashes! And the response of the director and teacher where ""there in the stage of bitting right now and we can't control other children's actions"" Are you kidding me!! No I don't think so! Maybe once or twice but SIX times in a 3mth time spam? Please I advise any parent out there who is looking for child care please don't let this happend to your children! God bless you! Cons: Irresponsible people, don't care about your children, there just there to watch not take care of your kids!! more

In responce to teacherD. My child attended the same center and I didn't ever experience any of the horriable stories you have mention. I can honestly say that alot of parents want the daycare to be the parent insteed of the childcare provider. We ever and incident has happen with my child I have always received a phone called to inform me of the situtation. When arriving to the center I would receive an written statement concerning the incident that I would be ask to sign and a copy would be placed in my childs file. more

My child has been attending this childcare facility for a while and since attending this facility, there has been more teachers in his room than I can count. I have witnessed a teacher snatch things from the toddlers so hard they fall. I have addressed that issue and the teacher was still in the room. My child has had a bloody nose, two bloddy lips, and no incident report had been written out. I have addressed this and nothing had been done. I have witnessed the ADULTS get repremanded in front of the school aged children which was very unappropriate. You should address the issues within the job at a meeting held before or after work. These people do a horrible job at child care and should not be in business. By the way, for a coworker to tell me that her mother pulled her little brother out of the facility because of how things have been handled... THERE'S DEFINITELY A RED FLAG ALERT! we registered with creative minds in january for the birth of our child in may, when we called in june to put him in daycare in July, our spot was given away and they told us we called to cancel the spot (we didn't) but they could not find our file (how did they know we canceled?). they lied about the price quoted to us, about our spot and did not return our calls. nor did they refuynd our registration fee which they also lied about. more
