OK, well I just moved to LA recently and needed a good place to get my hair done. I read the reviews about this place and it seemed good as well as close to my house. I made my appointment with Reva, who was the person available that day. I went in and told her EXPLICITLY what I wanted. I was not in any way unclear. I wanted to go to a more natural blond with lighter highlights, side swept bangs, and light layers that some what framed my face in the front and were more dramatic in the back. What did I get??? No joke; near platinum blond ALL over my head, no bangs, and barely any color variance that a person could notice. When she asked me if I liked it I simply replied; ""Well sure, except for it is nothing like what I asked for at all and you didn't even give me bangs and the color is wrong."" You know what she said?? She said,"" Oh wow, I totally forgot. I'm sorry."" CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? Is it not their job to listen to their customers? I did pay, and I did give her a tip because I just obligated to do so. I can honestly say that I would never go back to her ever again, and I hope that either she has learned from her mistakes or they have fired her. I paid over $150 to have someone do the opposite of what I wanted.
Pros: They do serve a nice hot tea there.
Cons: The person I had did NOT listen at ALL to what you wanted.
