Cutest store I've ever seen. They had things I've never seen before and the sales people were so friendly and helpful without being pushy. Certainly not like the big box stores thank goodness. I placed an order with them and it even came early. They even remembered my name when I went back six months later. Pros: Selection and quality Cons: None more

My intention was not to write a review on this store, but once I read one customer's review about trying to return an item, I had to share my experience. The staff I was friendly, but the information she provided me was incorrect and misleading. I came in looking for a nursing cover which they didn't have and ended up getting a sling ( I already had one but the one I had the sales clerk said that they have been proven to displace a child's hips...I later looked on line and saw that the carrier she had claimed sis this had like the best reviews of all the baby carriers and it said NOTHING about displacing a child's hips..GRRRRR) We ended up trying the sling and my daughter hated it ( not the store's fault..every baby is different) but when I went to return the sling (like the above mentioned review she told me to bring it back within 7 days) she only gave me a store credit. Now I go to redeem the credit and turns put they have moved but there is NO information about the new location anywhere!!! ( not really a complaint but still pretty anoying:) ) Overall, the store was overpriced (found the same sling at target for half the price) and the return policy stunk! I have been a customer of Cradle and All for the past 7 years and I have had nothing but a great experience every time I go in this store. They have loaned me a chair when I didn't order soon enough to get mine. They have delivered and set up my furniture at my convenience - even on a Sunday. They also moved furniture that was in the room into another room for me. They are the most friendly and pleasant people I have ever encountered in any store I have been in. I never write reviews myself but I have to let people know that they SHOULD SHOP at Cradle and All. The person that is saying the prices are 3 times as high obviously doesn't know what they are talking about. You have to pay for quality. The furniture that I have from Cradle and All is still as beautiful as the day I bought it. My kids are tough on it too - but it is high quality and is not going to fall apart! The people that are wanting Babies R Us prices ought to just shop at Babies R Us and leave the higher end stores alone. These people are just bitter they can't afford it. I have never seen anything in Cradle and All that would be the same quality that would be in Babies R Us. Don't go shopping for a Mercedes and expect to get Volkswagon prices and then have the nerve to gripe about it. You pay for what you get. I know I got great furniture and the people there could not be nicer or more accommodating. Please people reading this - don't allow the negative people to keep you from shopping at this store. You would be missing the great experiences that I have had shopping there and that would be a shame! more

I guess I should say that this place fits well in the community, since Highlands Ranch is less "cost sensitive" than other areas. The employees, with their award winning phony smiles, completely ignore the exhorbitant costs of the products they are selling. I am still intrigued as to how I can purchase a glider from Cradle & All for $1100 and wait for TWO MONTHS (still hasn't come in yet), and go see the same product at Babies R' Us for $800 cheaper AND it's in stock. I presented my frustration with the timeframe and the prices with the associates many times, but, as is the tradition of all past, present & future employees of ANY retail establishment, the customer is not always right, and must be shown the error of their ways. They will defend to the end. Which is fine. The best I can do is warn my girlfriends who are expecting also, and pass out fliers at every baby shower, and tell you, the reader of this review, not to patronize this store. I have found that this place, along with other mom/baby boutiques in the area, are a pithy excuse for infant/child paraphernalia more

I have shopped at Cradle and All off and on for five years.I have bought two nursery setups and one "big girl" room.I currently am in the process of designing my second "big child" room.I have shopped in New York,Dallas and Los Angeles and have never found a store to equal Cradle and All in the Highlands Ranch area.The quality of the furniture,bedding and accessories is unmatched.the store is upscale and therefore the prices reflect the quality and service.The staff is ALWAYS courteous,friendly and knowledgeable.To experience this,one has only to enter the store.I can't emphasize enough the positive atmosphere at Cradle and All. I have never written a review in my life but I had such a horrible experience I had to warn people. Do not purchase items from this store. I purchased a sling from this store. The sales rep. wasn?t sure if it fit or not and told me to try it out at home. I asked about the return policy and she said to bring it back in 7 days. I brought it back the next day because it was too small and was told they only give in store credit. I was completely mislead about the return policy. I then tried to exchange the sling to find they didn?t have my size. All sales reps. were rude and unwilling to help me out. I was in tears because I just wanted the sling in my size or my money back so I could get it elsewhere. . I also asked for the owner to contact me and she never did. This completely surprised me since they are a baby store and you would think they would want to help moms. DON?T buy from this store, buy elsewhere. Cons: expensive and bad customer service more
