I called Cost-U-Less Insurance to get a quote for car insurance. The lady game a quote, and set up a date and time to come finalize the quote, which was that evening. I went in, and they had no idea I had an appointment. They called the call center, and they knew nothing about it. They treated me very weird at that point. She gave me a few quotes, nothing matching the one that I had got over the phone. I told her that I would have to think about it, and get back to her. I came home, and one of the reps in the office had called just prior to me arriving to confirm my appointment. But the office didn't know who I was? I decided I would keep shopping. The rep then proceeded to call me leaving me four messages, until she finally reached me, and I told her that I was looking elsewhere. This place seems disorganized, and persistent.
