I own a couple of properties, and when the central air conditioning went out on one of them last summer, on one of the hottest days, I needed someone to come right away. I called Cool Tech, and they assured me that they would send someone out right away and gave me an appointment time. Well, they never showed up, or returned my messages. I needed someone quickly, so I ended up calling another company. I don't understand why they can't communicate with their customers.
