Cool Springs

We like it. My sister and I just moved in. We sharing a two bedroom and all is good so far. The apartment is the right size and we haven't had any problems. We love the pool and tanning! more

This place is awesome! I have NO issues. I mean the letter that went out about needing to now pay sewer is NOT that big of a deal. I just took my note and went in and asked what happened and they explained it very well and told me I could look at Frisco's website too. People on here have nothing else better to do than complain about things. Be proactive and take care of things your self. I mean... it's not the end of the world that your toilet runs constantly or the girl in the office accidently didn't understand your one of 30 work orders that she has taken for the whole week. So sorry the world doesn't revolve around you and people make mistakes but hey, who am I to judge. I love this place. It's quiet, not as quiet as a home in the middle of a housing development, and my maintenance requests are normally done within less than 8 hours unless it's at the end of the day. Anyways, give some people a break. It's a great place to live and YOU ARE NOT PERFECT EITHER!!! Remember you have bad days too. You are NOT happy every single day!!! more

I read some of the other reviews and I haven't had the same experience. I've lived here for almost a year and this is one of my favorite places. The parking is good and the few times I had a maintenace problem, they fixed it. Nothing in life is perfect and it's an apartment with alot of different people living here so things happen. I guess if your a negative person then that's all you'll get out of life no matter where you live. more

I first encountered the fairly outgoing, friendly, and personable leasing agents. They were all very helpful. The first day I went in to get some information on a one-bedroom apartment, Jennifer was extremely eager to assist, and took me and my boyfriend on a tour of the one bedroom apartment and the amenities around the complex. It's a heartbeat away from the mall, Target, a never ending shopping outlet, restaurants, 121, and the Dallas Tollway. Several apartments with a pool view, which is what initially stole my interest. Everything is conveniently located. They have a fitness center, tanning bed, a five story parking garage, resort style pool, a lot of different features unlike any apartment I've ever seen before. I'm now a resident, and very excited to move in!!! more

I have lived here for over a year and love the location, how quiet it is, how responsive the management is, my neighbors; I could go on and on. I would highly recommend living here. more

The staff is so nice and accommodating. They attend to issues when they arise quickly and without a blink of an eye. The apartments are beautiful and the pool is outstanding. The location is great. Parking is good right now but when they get full I sort of wonder if I will need to reserve a space. more

I recently moved from from Cool Springs and for the most part had a great experience. The office staff was always polite and helpful from the time I moved out. I really want to highlight Sonya Mokry for going the above and beyond when I came to her for sister properties and family memebers. Not only did she take the time to assist me she actually placed the call to the property for me and scheduled everything. With her leas in an apartment I was able to get my family moved in within a week!!! I appreciate all of the girls Kodu, Sonya, Nikky, Danya, and Jessica, for always being so helpful. more

I wanted to express my gratitude towards your employee Christy who assisted me in making sure I received my referral fees. There was a mix up with the referral which delayed the process; however, Christy immediately started to work on the issue while I was in the office. In the beginning I was very frustrated because I have already been back and forth about my two referrals. Christy's efforts demonstrated her willingness and positive attitude towards my situation. I would definitely keep referring customers to Cool Springs because of the excellent customer service provided by Christy. more

This was the absolute worst place I've ever lived. The staff is rude and we found mold covering our entire bedroom underneath our carpet. They didn't refund us for anything! more

I moved to Cool Springs in June of 2009. I have recently moved out. I loved the atmosphere and the pool is something that I truly miss. There are some really nice people that live there and I also miss the safety. Also, you're in Frisco. How bad is it really' Frisco is a great town and I miss it dearly. The fire alarm situation this summer really bothered me. Mainly b/c it woke me up a few times but from what I hear it's been resolved. Probably b/c they have to pay them each time they show up(I think). The office was mostly helpful but I pd. my rent on time and didn't have any issues w/in the apartment. Being on the first floor, parking was never an issue. Ever, even for guests. There were a couple of crazy neighbors while i lived there, but there are crazier neighbors where I live now. I actually miss the crazy neighbors. Especially the first one b/c she provided for some great entertainment. I think there are going to negative reviews at any apartment b/c it's an apartment. my apartment had an 86% rating on here which is awesome and I hate it. I think that everyone that hates it needs to go over to the uber convenient store around the corner and buy some beers and go to the pool :) It will make you happier. more

My husband and I have lived at Cool Springs since January and we absolutely LOVE IT! Its really nice that I can walk to a convenience store, dry cleaning, bars, and shopping strips. I always feel very safe even if my husband is gone because they have the security guard walking around every night plus tons of exterior lighting. As far as parking goes...we have never really had an issue. I also have had a chance to talk with all the ladies in the office, I do believe that they need a break. I understand there are problems that may occur living in an apartment and issues that may need to be addressed but there are several people that they must deal with on a day to day basis. I have put in service requests before as well and it has taken a few days for them to attend to it BUT I also know I am NOT the only person that lives here. The point is is that it was fixed! :) I do appreciate the way that they send me an email after it is complete. I have never had an issue with them, but I also pay my rent on time, clean up after my dog, and put my trash in the garbage more
