When we decide to replace our central air and heat system I was really concerned about getting ripped off. I went to Home Depot to pick up some items and asked to get an estimate on the project. They scheduled it for the next day and the rest as they say is history. \r \r I was more than pleasantly surprised when Conway Services came to the house. The following individuals were involved in getting our unit installed and up and running. Chris Wilson (Sales person), Jeremy J (technician), Justin M (technician), and Kevin N (technician). Each of them was very professional and didn't slow down. They were also very knowledgeable about the unit that we purchased. Chris came in and didn't try to pressure us into to purchasing something outside our ability to pay. He gave us options and fully explained each one. \r \r The tech's that installed the unit had to work in a hot attic and under adverse conditions. I never heard them complain, use profane language, or argue about something. They were always concerned about pleasing us. Making sure things were done the way we wanted them done. They had the complete job done in a day and half. They did what they said they would do. \r \r I can't say enough good about this group of individuals. I am very pleased to be sitting at my desk writing this review in a very cool office area. Steven R. and Ronnie M. and Anthony L. did an excellent job and stayed with my plumbing repairs for several hours to make sure everything was just right. They worked quickly and made sure my home and lawn was protected from dirt and debris. I can barely tell they dug such a large hole in front of my home. Conway Services is a superior organization. more

Great Service and expertise is unmatched. Hickory was one of the technicians on our ventilation work. He was very eager to listen to our issues and only recommended solutions once he heard all the facts. Very easy to talk to and was genuinely interested in helping us resolve our problems. We have talked to other HVAC contractors and no one other than Conway took the time to listen and analyze our problem. They fixed our air flow issues and I am very happy with their services. more

This past weekend, my 5-year old, electric water heater quit working. This is my first home, and I'm not the most handy man. I did check the breaker box in the garage, to make sure the breaker wasn't tripped. I called Conway Services, and they sent a serviceman out very quickly! Yeah! He spent about 10 minutes looking at the water heater, and then went to his truck and came back with several quotes. One quote was to replace the thermostats and heater cores, for about $1000, or to replace the entire WH for about $1300. I told him I would get more quotes and be in touch. I did some more looking on the internet and found that there is a reset switch on the WH under the panel where the thermostat control is. Hey! I reset the switch and it works! A 1-minute solution, might have cost me $1,000 if I didn't do a little research on my own. Why didn't the service tech figure this out? He got his $59 for the service call, but didn't do much but become a salesman for a new water heater. I was disappointed that Conway Services didn't do a quick nor thorough inspection of my water heather. For that, I would give 1-star, but they came out so quick, so that's worth an extra star. more

Purchased a new unit from John and company two summers ago. To date there customer service has been first rate. Rarely to you get to talk with and meet the company CEO during the purchase process. more

--Signed up for their ?Comfort Service? in Jul 2011, which included a summer service for the 2nd a/c unit. Nothing happened! --In September, I called and was told someone would come out to perform the service. The guy came out a couple of days later, but it started raining. The tech said he could not perform the service since it was raining, and the service would be rescheduled. Again, nothing else happened! --Winter Service of 2 units never was scheduled or performed. I called about it, and after discussing the problems, decided to cancel the ""Comfort Service"" since I had paid for 4 months and had yet received nothing from them. --The only way they react is if you call them .. they have non-existant scheduling...you get nothing unless you call. --Have called two more times, resulting in nothing from them. Always get ""promises to call or take care of it"". --I have emailed them twice with the problems, nothing has resulted so far. ---RESULTS SO FAR: HAVE PAID $87.80 FOR NOTHING! ---BOTTOM LINE: BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE...CONWAY IS NOT ONE OF THEM! more

Conway Services installed two Carrier AC units in the fall of last year along with two furnaces in my attic. It has saved me over $100 per month in my utility bills, including gas and electricity. Some months, it has been as high as $150 savings. I can't wait to see how much we save on electricity this summer, once we get to July and August. The salesman did a great job of explaining my options. The installers did a great job installing and explaining how it works. We are a happy customer. more

I recently had these guys out for a yearly cleaning and service of my air-conditioning system. I have no complaints with the service that he did, but at the end when it came time to pay the serviceman started telling me about their yearly pay plan. I told him I wasn't interested, but he said he had to tell me about it. I had to get rude with him to get him to stop. Another thing that concerns me is the way they quote prices where they don't break out parts and labor seems designed to cheat the customer by including the cost of a service call with each part. more

Recently contacted this company regarding some repairs at my house and found them to be completely unprofessional and unethical. I would not suggest this company to anyone including my worst enemy. It became clear to me through interacting with them that they are simply interested in making money and do not have the best interest of the customer at heart. Please avoid this company and choose a trust worthy, reputable company. more
