Questionable Accounting 3/18/2021

I called Conway & they scheduled promptly. They called to state that a serviceman was "on the way". The serviceman arrived, then left without discussion. A call to Conway resulted in a delay, with the rep finally stating that a bill was owed from 2008! I, always, paid when services were rendered. The rep never sent, via email, the bill with the charge! The supervisor could not be reached. With these kind of errors, I will never call them again & question their legitamacy! more

Invalid Comments 3/15/2021

I contacted Conway Services for an appointment, which was given. The rep called to State that the serviceman was "on the way". He arrived, parked in my driveway, and then left. I contacted the company and, after a delay, I was informed that I owed bill from 2008! The serviceman always required payment at the time, so I knew this was not valid. The serviceman never emailed me the invoi e for review. The supervisor never called me back & did not respond to another rep's request. This was an I valid bill that was never handled correctly! more

Conway Services Review 1/5/2018

I had a great experience with this company. I was able to obtain an appointment the same day of my call. The technician (Ivory L.) who came out to my home to diagnose my heating issues was very professional and knowledgeable about my heating unit. He had my heat up and running at no time. He also provided me with recommendations on how to keep my unit running efficiently as possible. more

thx to curlie jones for his ability, knowledge and promptness. explained everything before hand and then got right to work. found unforeseen problem and explained it to me. never pressured. when he had finished showed me everything he had done and the problems had been fixed. a shame everyone you need to rely on isn't like curlie. will not hesitate to use conway again, and will request curlie. all around good guy. KUDOS TO CURLIE ty more

Hardworking and Thorough 9/29/2017

Nova was a great technician...very knowledgeable as well as courteous about my needs. He worked hard to ensure the water heater installation was to code, even though that meant making a trip to the supply warehouse to get JUST the right materials.If I wouldn't have been home, I wouldn't have known he had been here...he cleaned everything up and swept my floor too! more

Conway Service is Great! 9/22/2017

Conway is always sending knowledgeable techs to help with repairs that we need done. Our tech Mathew was very professional and explained the issues we were having and provided good recommendations. He answered all of my questions and I plan to use Conway again in the future if needed. Thanks for the great service! more

Expert help from outstanding plumber 9/13/2017

Nova came to inspect our hot water heater but while he was doing this, we experienced a disaster....the next door neighbor's hot water heater ruptured and began flooding my home. Nova was extremely professional and helpful as we dealt with the disaster. He stayed until things were under control, and his actions probably saved the insurance company a huge amount of money. Outstanding plumber and very professional, friendly person! more

Attic insulation 8/16/2017

The two guys came out from Conway Unique and Devin and they emptied the attic on one trip. Want and got a 2nd truck to fill it back up and was out of the house before you knew it. They were both very professional. I would request them if I have another job with Conway. more
