Zone System Install 4/10/2013

Devin was very professional. He took time to make sure I knew what he was there for, he keep my up to date on their progress throughout the two day job. At the end he went over all my paperwork with me. He also put down some pink covers over the entire walkway downstairs and upstairs - this was much appreciated. Very Professional! more

Super Technician and Great backing from company 3/8/2013

I would like to start by thanking Conway services for a great deal on all that was installed. The team the sent out was great Jay and Wesley. very polite and professional about the job being done. They help by upgrading things that were needed and no extra charge was added. They were timely in showing up on time and getting the job done super quick. Cleaned up all the mess and left the place better than when they came. Awesome job guys. Thank you Conway for great people and great service. I had a furnace and a/c unit installed, total system. hot water tank 3/6/2013

Bruce checked the hot water tank and found the problem. He stayed for an hour to check and see if the pilot light would remain on. He was very professional in explaining what might have caused the problem. He wrote an estimate on the cost if the tank does need to be replaced. He explained that he saw no other problem and left with this customer very satisfied. more

Wonderful Service 3/5/2013

Dan T. came to my home with Jay D. to install a complete HVAC unit. He could not have been sweeter. While Jay D. the installation of the air conditioning unit in very cold, rainy conditions outside, Dan T. had to work in my attic which is full of storage containers that he had to move around just to be able to do the work. I can not say enough about the professionalizm both of these men displayed. Conway Services obviously feels their customers come first and they treat you exactly that way. I would highly recommend Dan T. and Jay D. more

Wonderful Service 3/5/2013

Jay D. came to my home with Dan T. to install a complete HVAC unit. It was a very cold day with on and off rain mixed with sleet. Jay D. did all of the installation of the outside air conditioning unit and while he assurred me he was dressed for the weather I could not help worry about him, even though he insisted he was fine. Jay D. could not have been nicer and I was so impressed at how concerned both he and Dan T. were about keeping my house clean and not stretching my vinyl wood floors. I would highly recommend Jay D., Dan T. and naturally Conway Services. more

John and Charles Abby upgraded the gas in our house by bringing it into the kitchen so I could have a new gas stove. Both he and Charles were very professional and friendly. They worked all day well into the evening to get the job done. I just couldn't be happier with both men and will definitely use Conway Services in the future. Hopefully I will have John and Charles as my servicemen again. more

We are renovating our kitchen and needed to bring gas into the kitchen. Charles came to the house to give us an estimate and was one of the men who provided the actual services. Charles was not only very professional but very friendly. When we ran into a minor gliche he made calls to ensure he was doing the job according to code. Rob and I would definitely consider Conway Services and Charles for any future heating, cooling or plumbing needs. more
