Nowadays most stores, mainly electronic stores, have a match price guarantee to be competitive with one another and to keep sales. I went to the Conn's in addison looking for a Samsung 32"" LCD TV. I am 21 years old and into technology and buy $100's or $1000's every year in electronics, they have lost my business for good.
They couldn't even do a simple price match. The Samsung 32"" LCD TV they sell there is $350 without tax.. I showed them on my smartphone best buy selling it for $299.99, and they said without a card copy they could not do a price match, even though I showed them on a competitors website directly.
I went to Conn's because it was, .3 miles closer and I know that the TV has been a hot item and Conn's is never thought to be the first place to go for basically any electronic.... I needed a TV immediately because my other one broke and they could not satisfy.
They lost $324 total with tax to their competitor Best Buy. I walked out with the TV in less then 5 minutes and bought it for probably $30-50 cheaper then the original price of Conn's. I would recommend anyone over Conn's and will be doing so from now on.
If I could give this a negative, below 1 star rating to Conn's, I would. Unfortunately, I can't.
