Concrete Forever

I wish I saw your blog about concrete forever before I hired them. But they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude and flat out nasty. I was yelled at and cussed at by the owner, David. The owner even threaten to leave the job half done. I have created my own website loaded with a lot of pictures and me rambling on and on about issues. I sure hope someone will read this before they hire them and I sure hope this will stop them from doing so!. www.concreteforeversux.com more

We had a backyard patio installed in November 2005 by Concrete Forever. It was installed in a timely fashion according to our contract, and came in on budget. We thought it was strange that after the project was completed, no one came out to do a final inspection. We have had trouble with the color and sealant coming off almost immediately and have not been able to get anyone to come out and fix the problem. The one time we did get the owner on the phone, he said he would "special order" a super duty sealant for us (gee, that's what we were told we had bought in the first place) and that it would cost us $600 to have it put on!!! Forget that! What about the "5 Year Warranty" we supposedly have???Repeated phone calls for the past several months and promises of quick action have not happened and we are extremely disappointed. Do NOT do business with this company! Check with the BBB--evidently we are not alone in our complaints! Notice also there is no address listed on their website, nor is there one on our contract/warranty! more

We are extremely happy about our new driveway that ConcreteForever installed for us. The on site superintendent was very knowledgeable as was their crew. The Project was completed in what I would consider a timely manner and the workmanship speaks for itself! Our New driveway is 6" to 8 " thick which is much better than what other companies were offering and also the concrete they used is a new high tech concrete thats engineered to flex not break....we were obviously impressed. Our driveway is a slate grey cobble stone stamped concrete in some sort of an intricate fan design that trult looks like individual cobblestones cut with the utmost precision. We live on Hidden Lake lane in Sugarland and anyone is welcome to stop by and have a look, our street is a small street on a culdesac and our driveway is the only one of its kind...... Concrete Forever is the worst company I have ever worked with. Not only were they inefficient and took not days, but WEEKS to get back to us, they ultimately did a horrible job. We had to pay way more than we expected to. However, we did complain to the company, told them about our experience and they drastically reduced the cost. I highly recommend that you not employ this company as it is horrible in almost all regards. The work they did turned out pretty well, but the whole experience was horrible. Overall, I am disgusted by the whole company and would sooner than not forget it all. Stay away from this company as you will most definitely NOT end up satisfied. more

My family and I were building a concrete patio in the bad yard and unfortunately this company was very hard to work with. They came out and gave us an estimate. But when we tried to verify the estimate and ask about claims on their web site concerning minimums we were told that they "did not work that way" and could not get a straight answer. I was also called a liar and that just did not set well with me. That does not seem like good service, no matter that the circumstances. Others may have been happy with them but I just feel led to let people know that we were not. more
