DON"T GO THERE. IT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST SALON. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR. NO ONE IS COMPETENT ESPECIALLY THE OWNER, TONY. THE PLACE IS A DISASTER! I JUST WALKED OUT OF THE PLACE VERY UPSET AND EVEN ONE OF THE WORKERS SAID THAT IT'S THE WORST PLACE TO WORK AND THAT TONY IS ONE INSANE GUY. DO NOT GO TO CONCEPT ELITE!!! more

I was so happy with my hair, I didn't want to go home. I wanted to go out and dance. Lauren did a fabulous job!! I went from a dull dark brown to a vibrant strawberry blonde. She took 10 years off my face. I highly recommend this salon and their staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. more

Cara is amazing. She is very thorough as she gives you a consultation, and is an extremely experienced stylist. It's such a great atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door, the receptionist greets you and makes you feel welcome to seeing Cara who is always so happy to see you! I am always pleased with my hair when I leave. And I get compliments all the time...which I love! :) You should go...and see Cara. more

I Love Tommy at Concept Elite 7/8/2009

I drive 5 hours round trip from Upstate so that Tommy can cut and color my hair at Concept Elite. He is an artist and anytime he cuts my hair people stop me to ask me who does my hair. No matter how far I move I will always be loyal to Tommy at Concept Elite, there is no better. more

Good: IVE BEEN GOING THEIR FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS. i GET HILIGHTS, AND IVE DONE EVERY CHEMICAL STRAIGHTENER THEY OFFER. I GO TO JOEY, HES A SENIOR STYLIST AND HES WONDERFUL, I WOULD NOT TRUST MY HAIR WITH ANYONE ELSE..EXCEPT MAYBE TOMMY ANOTHER SR STYLIST, WHOS DONE MY COLOR AND HILIGHT A TIME OR TWO. ALL THE GIRLS THAT ARE ASSISTANTS ARE GREAT TOO. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND. -STEPHANIE CARVINO NY. Bad: MORE DYE BRANDS BESIDES WELLA, MAYBE THE NEW LOREAL PROFESSIONAL COLORS.. Great First Experience 1/22/2009

I went to this salon via a friend's recommendation. I'm new to the area and needed to find someone that I could trust with my long hair, someone that i could trust to take me to a different look after so many years of the same long but healthy hair without sending me into shock! Enzo was my stylist, and she did such a classy job. I was so happy with the results, and i felt comfortable right away. I will be a regular customer from now on. more

Warm & Friendly personnel. They do a great job of coloring, cutting asd styling hair. My only criticism is that it is expensive. more

I went to Concept Elite with a gift certificate for a facial, cut and style, and a manicure last saturday. My hair looks fabulous a week later, the cut is beautiful. My facialist was very sweet and my skin is still glowing for the peel she recommended, and my nail polish is still on! LOL! This may just be my salon from now on! :) more

I came here after receiving a complimentary coupon for a cut & style. The salon looks very upscale and the staff was very welcoming. I paid additionally to have my hair colored, and it was the best treatment i have ever received at a salon. The cut came out great - very trendy and stylish. The prices are those of a salon in the city, but the service was great. more

The best Salon in Brooklyn! I have been a loyal client of Concept Elite for many reasons.... Great Service, Very Creative Stylist-Staff, and most important always consistent. I love how welcoming and friendly their receptionist are. I just love coming here, they make you feel like a million dollar. more
