Responding to the sudden demise death of our PC, these guys promptly came to the house and ripped (and I do mean RIPPED; no bedside manner, these guys!) our dead machine apart to find the problem, leaving the office a mess. Then, they began to ask what files we wanted saved from the hard drive as if we would, naturally, let them do it for the announced fee of one hundred fifty dollars. They assumed I was stupid and didn't know that I could retrieve these files with the help of a forty dollar docking station. In their arrogance, they then immediately tried to sell us a vastly over-priced PC which they would build for us with ""parts far better than standard manufacturers"". For the price they wanted, three or four hundred dollars more than a comparatively equipped HP or Dell, the machine would have had to had GOLD parts to get me to bite! The tipping point was when I found out my old PC indeed had the desirable Asus motherboard they said it did not have. Not trusting them, and actually not liking them either, I will have nothing more to do with Computer House Call. And neither should you until they smarten-up!
