My son kept looking at sites that were not appropriate, I didn't know what to do. So I decided to call a computer service for help. I googled and Computer House Call seemed like the most reliable, and it WAS! They helped me with this embarrassing problem. And it was totally in expensive and fit my mom budget. Thanks for the help!
