There is nothing worse than calling Dell support and talking to some guy you don't understand. Its hard enough. I called Computer House Call and they came the next day and saved my data and then wiped the whole thing out and rebuilt it. Apparently my operating system was corrupt. It works great now and is faster than its every been. Forrest was very helpful and made sure that everything was put back that I use. I would use these guys in a heartbeat!
