I was given a car that had been sitting for a long time and we couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start. After trying a bunch of different things we took it to Complete Care Care Center. Instead of trying to replace everything since we didn't know the issue, they only fixed what was needed for it to run. Now that's honesty. more

I took my car to the dealer any they wanted $1900 to repair an a/c leak. I got a second opinion at Complete Car Care Center. It turns out the dealer left the cap unscrewed thus the slow leak. Instead of paying $1900 to fix this problem it was $40 to recharge. more

My car had a flat tire and when I came in they repaired the tire at no charge.I was able to leave my car for the day and did not have to pay for parking. I have been back now twice for an oil change and tire rotation.The man at the counter was very professional and honest with what my car needed. It was recommended to replace my front brakes. I am very satisfied with their work. more

This company and their employees are so dishonest and smarmy, that I'm surprised they haven't been shut down. Their front desk man, Mike and their shop steward, Tom, are by far the most dishonest an rudest people to represent a business that one could find, and I am certain that they are acting on behalf of the owner, who makes himself scarce. For a simple repair and an oil change, they will dissect your car (without authorization) and try to sell you every job under the sun that is totally unnessary, plus overcharging for the minor repair, making it sound worse than it was. After leaving that shop, I felt that I needed to verify the issues that were listed on my invoice and considered mandatory by them, and took my vehicle to 3 different shops so there wasn't a conflict of interest, and out of their numerous ""must have repaired ASAP"" issues listed on my invoice, I was informed that they ALL were totally unfounded. They will try to sell you a brake job, telling one how unsafe it was, forcing one to sign many waivers to drive my car off the lot if I didn't comply. Shocks, struts, and every hose and clamp that is on the vehicle including a transmission tune up and engine repairs were among the items that this shop deemed necessary to repair or replace. My brakes are in good shape as are the struts, transmission and each and every job they tried to sell me were not even close to being necessary. This company is the absolute worst, and they really give the automotive repair business a huge black eye. Consider yourself warned! more

I brought my Volvo to this shop and will never go any where else. There is a reason they have been in business in Boca Raton for 25 years. No one likes to have a car repairs. However, the employees made this job so easy. They took me home and even stopped by the dry cleaner on the way. My car was ready as promised and they picked me up from another location. more

I was advised to have my 'headlights reconditioned' while what was really needed was a ""check engine"" light diagnosis.\r \r I feel like they just wanted to make some quick money ($100) instead of actually giving me some accurate information about what was wrong with my car.\r \r In all fairness, they justified the repair by mentioning increased safety but I still feel that my $100 could have gone towards much more important work on my old vehicle.\r \r The LAST thing this vehicle needed was headlight reconditioning...\r \r They made some quick money in the short term but lost my spouse and myself (3 cars total) as long term customers.\r \r In these difficult times, one would think that shops want to keep customers, not drive them away.
