They are very friendly with excellent service! i am glad i found this place this is the only place I will come too for all my car care needs.

They ripped me off big time .... Don't go there. Very unprofessional...what a crook!!!

Professional, If your dealing with a student, be sure to ask about payment, although they advertise on their website they take Credit Cards, they do not take them without you being there. They also advertise 90 days same as cash, but you need to ask ahead and get details. Lack of info over the phone goes both ways. Just trying to help. Will right again after we get the vehicle back. more

Don't go there....... What a rip-off thief and unprofessional!!! brought my car in for AC fix...they replaced condenser for $700, which I already had it replace 2 months ago. They took my brand new condenser out and another one in for $700. My AC still doesn't work. I had to bring in my car again. This time they brought me to work in the morning and said they would come pick me up after work. They called me in the afternoon, saying I need to pay another $700 for a compressor, saying this is a good deal - half price! This time I said no. They call me again an hour later, saying they have an after market part and with a discount it's $550!!! I said no.... now that I'm not sure what I'm dealing with. Wow!! I told them to come pick me up at work. At 5pm they said they will send someone. At 5:45pm they said they car broke down and can't pick me up until morning. What an unprofession.....crook! more

Outstanding service at very fair 6/7/2012

Outstanding service at very fair prices. Brought my '01 Maxima in a couple times over the past few years and had great experiences. Made the mistake of going to other nearby places, which charged more and pulled some shady stuff. These guys know what's up - you won't be disappointed. more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CONSTANT YELLING & CURSING, SLOW SERVICE CHEAP PARTS HIGH PRICES, DO NOT WANT YOU TO WAIT SO YOU CAN NOT WATCH WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO YOUR CAR. ALWAYS TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED EXPENSIVE REPAIRS. GET ANGRY WITH YOU IF YOU DO NOT BY NOW, DO NOT WANT YOU TO GET SECOND OPINIONS. THEY THINK YOU SHOULD BELIEVE EVERY WORD, HAVE WENT OUT TO LOOK AT WHAT WAS TOLD NEEDED, DID NOT NEED MOST OF IT INCLUDING AN AIR FILTER THAT THEY SAID WAS DIRTY AND IT WAS NOT TOLD ME IT WAS $19.00 I CAN BUY IT FOR ABOUT $7.00. SAID I NEEDED BRAKES, JUST HAD THEM DONE 3 MONTHS AGO. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, ALL OF IT. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE more

Complete Thieves and Liars 4/14/2012

24 reviews before mine - - 20 done by the same person! Obviously the business itself. After dealing with Complete (theives...) I strongly recommendd that you avoid this place at all costs. Go in to change a Tire, they will tell you that you need an alternator. Look at the many, many negative reviews on the web that they cannot control. One customer after another says what a nightmare this place is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A VERY BAD AND DISHONEST PLACE. more
