I was advised to have my 'headlights reconditioned' while what was really needed was a ""check engine"" light diagnosis.\r

I feel like they just wanted to make some quick money ($100) instead of actually giving me some accurate information about what was wrong with my car.\r

In all fairness, they justified the repair by mentioning increased safety but I still feel that my $100 could have gone towards much more important work on my old vehicle.\r

The LAST thing this vehicle needed was headlight reconditioning...\r

They made some quick money in the short term but lost my spouse and myself (3 cars total) as long term customers.\r

In these difficult times, one would think that shops want to keep customers, not drive them away.
