I have been attending this office for 9 months and I have had nothing but problems. I attempted to give them one last chance but again, not surprisingly, have I been disappointed.\r

I had an appointments that was canceled and I was not notified till I arrived in the office. They had my cell, work and home phone #. \r

I had been notified 2 times in a row that my appointments were rescheduled or relocated without my permission.\r

I was told that I missed appointments for tests when in fact I had been there but the office just lost the test results.\r

My medical chart has been lost which forced my appointment to be canceled without notice.\r

I cannot drive for medical reasons and I required someone else to take off work in order to drive me in. Not only does it require me to take off two days without pay but it also required someone else (my transportation) to do the same. This was also a huge inconvenience to my employer. \r

I have been hung up on. I have been handed an attitude on numerous occasions. I have had enough.\r

Pros: Really felt like the doctor worked with me in my treatment
Cons: The office staff was unorganized and very unprofessional
