Knowledgeable, professional and service oriented 4/5/2016

I have consistently been pleased with the quality of the work and the courtesy if the technicians and staff. Comfort responds immediately to last minute calls. In addition recommendations are appropriate. I also used Comfort for a complete redo of the HVAC system when I added to the home. more

Service good. Expensive! 4/3/2016

Was under contract. However, company never called nor send reminders to schedule services. Scheduler not very friendly. RESPONSE FROM Comfort-Air Engineering Inc: Thanks to your feedback, we have implemented multiple changes to our maintenance scheduling with online service requests, email campaign, and out going calls. Eric B. did a wonderful job and took the necessary time to make sure everything was working properly and addressed some issues that would really help my elderly father in the future with his a/c. I didn't know this type of help and courtesy was still available from a company. I am very impressed! more

We have use this company over the past several years for all our A/C repairs. They always show up on time and will let you know how long it will probably take to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them to family members, friends and other personal associates for their air conditioning needs. more

As always, working with Comfort-Air was great. Our technician, Maz, was outstanding! 3/21/2016

When our air conditioner was not working, I called and talked to Tony. He sent Maz out to us that evening. Maz was very thorough and knowledgable. He thoroughly checked all parts of the system to discover and then resolve the problem. This company has always given us outstanding service and Maz was great--very personable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a working system when he was finished. more

Eric B. did a fantastic job! 3/15/2016

We have a complicated industrial air conditioning system at our lofts in downtown San Antonio. We just had Comfort-Air perform our bi-annual service and inspection. Eric B. was our service technician and he was very professional, efficient and took extra care around our furniture and bedding (our service hatch is high on the wall next to our bed. Overall, this was an excellent visit and kudos for Eric for his extreme care and professionalism. more

We have been very happy with the response time and service provided to our company by Comfort-Air. We also use their plumbing services. It has been great to call one place for two services for our office needs. I would highly recommend using Comfort-Air! more
