I use Primo Plumbing and often times deal with Keith. They are in my cell phone, when a tenant calls I call them and even on weekends they respond quickly and professionally. Their prices are reasonable and fair. more

Technician was early for the work (which is better than being late) Checked everything and informed and showed me a problem I had before his repair. He explained all the work and what had to be replaced. Very pleased with this call. more

First, we really like Mike, the technician who comes most of the time. However, we have had consistent communication issues with the office. Most recent was finding out a service call had been scheduled on the day it was performed, and only then by me calling the office to follow up on an unreturned call from about a week earlier that the office had not returned. We have had several instance of CA sending technicians who were not qualified to do the work and had to send others out. Also, we have had some work done where it seemed the technicians (not Mike) were more concerned about stretching the work out all day rather than getting it done quickly. Another concern I have is that when work is done, little effort has been done to demolish and remove old equipment that is no longer used. I refer especially to wiring, old thermostats, switches, etc. that are no longer used. We have an old house, and CA installed the system and has been maintaining it for probably 40 + years. Finally, I have had a problem with getting emails or phone calls responded to, and I am not talking about the same day, but often days, or one week +. I just think the flow of communication, both with us and within the company, is poor. I also think there is an issue with technicians not having the proper incentive to finish a job promptly (again, not Mike). more

We have relied upon Comfort Air to keep our A/C running for years. Cannot say enough good things about them. Think so highly of them I convinced a good friend to have his A/C unit replaced by Comfort Air. He could not be happier with their service or the performance of his new unit. more

My AC stopped working last night, I called Comfort Air because you guys do my annual maintenance on my Carrier AC. It was around 8PM and your office was closed, but I left a message and Bob called me back within a few minutes. He said a technician would be out shortly. Even though it was late, Maz was great and he got my AC up and running. He was courteous, friendly and stayed longer than he had to make sure everything worked properly. I have been using Comfort Air for more than 10 years and their service just keeps getting better. I recently had my spring check done by Eric Banda and he did an excellent job. He remembered me and my system and was able to clean out the drain from the A/C which was running slow. It is important for me to feel comfortable with the work people who come to my home and Comfort Air personnel are not only professionally trained, but polite and respectful. I have had major work done on my heating/cooling system multiple times over the years and trust them to never "oversell" me anything I don't need. more

As usual, the Comfort-Air service rep. was through and careful in his work. He showed great respect for our property and was a pleasure to deal with. more
