I had the exact same experience as the last woman with my divorce. He is charming and will provide you with a song and dance to convince you he is going to be a take charge attorney. He will prolong any event to keep the billing going no matter how many of thousands of dollars it costs you. HIs work is sloppy and often you find yourself having to push issues and fix mistakes. Wouldn't even recommend him to my ex-husband. Later, and way to far spent I discovered similar experiences from others. more

I had to hire 4 lawyers at different stages after my divorce. Two out of State, two in Texas, and in the process I gain some experience.. Brad is excellent in the court, he has good presence, and presents the case issues in a way that a family judge will actually remember the main traits of the case (vs. details). Donna, his paralegal is a huge asset!!! If you ask in the legal community, he has a solid reputation as an excellent trial lawyer. more

I was impressed when I first met Coldwell. He is tall, charming, articulate, confident, with a great website, and office. I heard his colleague has a good reputation. Well, I handed him $15K to work on an issue during my divorce and he did nothing to solve it. After 4 months I was in a worse place than where I started and the retainer was gone. He got fired by another mom too; maybe he is good with dads only. He will waste your money meeting you and rehashing the same rhetoric over and over again while no court action is taken. He placed me in a lame duck position during mediation and spent most of the time out and about chewing tobacco. He is not board certified and he is not worth what he charges. Mr Coldwell and his staff are second to none. I would not have my child in my life if it were not for the tireless work he, and his staff, put in to my case. Divorce is miserable and hugely destructive. No body wins in a divorce, thats just the way it goes, but thanks to them I didn't lose my child. more

He got me just about everything I wanted in the divorce. He also got a lot of money out of me. When I saw how cruel the coaching he was giving me to hurt my wife I can't believe how much agreed to do. She and I really need to repair our relationship for the sake of the kids. Because of Mr. Coldwell that is probably not possible. He had me convinced that what I wanted was to leave her destitute.
