We went to the Charlestown location. Small crowd when we went in but the server got right to us & when another was done helping someone eles she came over to help with our order. The ice cream is thick & creamy! We got three different kinds and you cant go wrong. Fresh, Fresh, Fresh! Pros: freshness of the fruit/toppings - The Ice Cream! Cons: service is not consitant more
