I agree! One star is too many! This place is horrible! Went there for an oil change, state inspection and car wash. An hour and a half later, I was driving away with a shabby car wash and no state inspection sticker. They did not inform me that I had failed the inspection. They just let me drive away. I returned to speak with the manager and was told ""I will put the sticker on but don't come back here again"" WTH?! They were concerned about my window tint darkness but the crummy machine they used to test the tinting was malfunctioning. My tint is legal! more

Worst Carwash 8/29/2010

This is the worst carwash I have EVER been to. I paid a little over 56 dollars, waited an hour and 15 minutes and they did an awful job. The rims were not cleaned, there was dirt still on the paint, there was armor all dripping down all of the console, they stained my drivers side cloth seat, and on top of that they some how smashed one of my red lipsticks on the floor of my car. I immediately alerted both the detail manager and the store manager and both of them were very rude and unhelpful. The problems that they caused were never fixed and I drove out of their with my car looking worse than it had to begin with. Don't waste your money at this place!! more

don't waste your money! 8/12/2010

Took my truck in today for the first time. Employees are rude and seemed as though they didn't want to be bothered. Paid 29.95 for the ""Gold"" wash. They did a horrible job. My truck has water spots all over it, they didn't get all the bug marks off, not to mention the inside looks as though they barely touched it. The only proof that they did anything on the inside was the greasy sweaty hand prints left on the leather seats and the armor all dripping down the glove box that I had to clean up myself. NEVER going back there again! more

I called Coachworks today and they were able to get my car in for a detailed cleaning on the same day. They offered $99 for a $135 detailing package. It was well worth it. They even dropped me off back at work and then brought my car to me free of charge. Very friendly service and the car looked great. I was very surprised at the high quality job they did in less than 3 hours of time. Highly recommended. My husband checked the car over and he is very particular,,, he agreed that Coachworks did a good job for the money that was spent. Ask for the manager Tom when you call, he is very knowledgeable about the services they offer. Pros: Great attention to detail and awesome customer service Cons: none to report more

Worst than Genie! 8/20/2007

Don't waste your time or money, no way to speak to an owner. If you get a ""plain wash"" you might as well just leave, everything is extra: insects, vacuum, wipe down. Asked to speak to manager, was not available, therefore I asked for contact information for the owner, cashier seemed dumbfounded. Went to leave and asked wipe down guy one more time to wipe off dirt and insects, assistant manager stated that it was just a wash. My comment/reply was ? ?but you haven?t washed it!?
