They came over and fixed the heater, no problem. I also found them to be very courteous and knowledgeable. I would use them again and probably will in the near future. more

I heard about Cliff's by finding them online when searching fro someone in our area to give us a quote for the installation on a new AC unit. We called Cliff's because they advertised on their website Free Estimates, and that is just what they gave us. There was no hesitation when I asked about the free estimate, and they seemed happy to do it. We ended up hiring them to complete the job because of their positive attitude and professionalism from the beginning. If I had to do it all over again, I would call Cliff's without hesitation. more

This company services the AC in my office building and I must say that I am very impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help! The unit runs great, and it is nice to see a friendly smiling face when they come to service it. I recommend Cliff's and their services very often. more

A Sign of Relief! 8/3/2011

I called Cliff's last Wednesday after hours because when I got home from work late in the evening, I went to turn on my air conditioning and it would not turn on. I began to slightly panic because I could not imagine going through the upcoming weekend without AC. Cliff's answered the phone right away and they were at my house the very next morning. They diagnosed and fixed the problem almost immediately. I am so thankful for the service and know how. I hope i don't need my AC serviced again any time soon, but if I do I will call Cliff's. more
