AVOID. Brand new to town and they refused to be understanding and wait to deposit a check while I got my banking in order. screwed me out of $85. Although it would have been a none issue if they had just accepted out of state checks. If you're a realty office you should probably be prepared to deal with clients from out of state. more

I have never run into such incompetence as experienced with Scott and this company. The application process took way too long, and, in the end, the application was not even reviewed properly. This company also gave misleading and false statements, or, at the best, uninformed statements, about personal financial information. Scott does not answer phone calls; he waits until you leave a message so he can decide whether or not to call you back. I WOULD NOT list a house with him or have anything to do with this realty company. more

The properties are poorly maintained. The repairs take WAY TOO LONG to get processed by Scott. It is common to wait a week before Scott calls you back (or remembers about your work order). Unfortunately he is the only one in this company that manages this process. The guy who answers the phone at the office is unhelpful too. He just tells you to call Scott and leave another message. more

I can only speak to Clements with regard to renting & property management. For all I know they are fine realtors when they are selling property, but when it comes to managing property and handling the lease process, they are TERRIBLE. Specifically the lease agent, Scott, is useless. He is impossible to get in touch with, won't return your calls, won't reply to messages, refuses to do his job, can't remember anything, and will pretty much screw up your life for the entire time you have to deal with him. As a customer, I've never been so thoroughly frustrated and dissatisfied by a business experience in my entire life. Every day was a new surprise with Scott. He is such a poor communicator that I suspect he miscommunicates with you just for kicks to watch you squirm. In my case, he served as a middleman between the renter and the owner, and he consistently communicated completely contradictory things to both. I'm just thankful he won't be managing the property we rented. Pros: absolutely NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more
