I have never run into such incompetence as experienced with Scott and this company. The application process took way too long, and, in the end, the application was not even reviewed properly. This company also gave misleading and false statements, or, at the best, uninformed statements, about personal financial information. Scott does not answer phone calls; he waits until you leave a message so he can decide whether or not to call you back. I WOULD NOT list a house with him or have anything to do with this realty company.
