I can only speak to Clements with regard to renting & property management. For all I know they are fine realtors when they are selling property, but when it comes to managing property and handling the lease process, they are TERRIBLE. Specifically the lease agent, Scott, is useless. He is impossible to get in touch with, won't return your calls, won't reply to messages, refuses to do his job, can't remember anything, and will pretty much screw up your life for the entire time you have to deal with him. As a customer, I've never been so thoroughly frustrated and dissatisfied by a business experience in my entire life. Every day was a new surprise with Scott. He is such a poor communicator that I suspect he miscommunicates with you just for kicks to watch you squirm. In my case, he served as a middleman between the renter and the owner, and he consistently communicated completely contradictory things to both. I'm just thankful he won't be managing the property we rented.
