The technicians are very nice people and considerate. They called to say they would be running late. However, they seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain things well. It was difficult to schedule a time for the cleaning and had to call back even though I was told someone would call me. The carpets look pretty good but not spectacular, which could be the more the issue with the carpets than the technicians. more

I should have known better. After leaving 4 messages over a 2 week period, and never getting a return call I finally contacted James on the fifth try and scheduled my living social voucher for "carpet cleaning." After his failure to show up at the appointed time I received an email that said he tried to contact me to confirm, but the phone number he said he used had nothing to do with me. He did show up for the second appointment and told me if he only does the cleaning that I paid for, which he said was only "hot water extraction", I will not be happy and he wanted $45 additional to "shampoo and rotary scrub" the 2 rooms. I told him to do only what I paid for, and it took him 15 minutes to complete the job. He tried to get me to sign a paper that said I refused to have the carpets cleaned correctly and when I wouldn't, he left. The carpets were still soaked, so I got out my own carpet cleaner and extracted a full tank of dirty water. I called him and tried to discuss his lack of professionalism and he told me "It's your fault for not paying extra." There are only 2 of us living in this house and the carpet is only a year old, so it's not like its heavily soiled. Steer clear of this guy! more

I got a living Social Deal to do 3 rooms and although the square footage was over and I had to pay more outside of the deal, it was well worth it. Very friendly and professional. Left my whole house smelling so good with the deodorizer they used on the carpets and the carpets came out cleaner than I even expected. I would definately use them again and highly recommend them. more

The crew came in was very professional!!! They were able to remove dirt, stain and pet order that I had been unable to remove even with the best stuff you buy in the store. I am for sure calling them again when I need to do another cleaning. more

Cleanup Carpet Care came and cleaned our carpet, and the carpet looked awesome for a couple weeks. But then the stains started coming back. I told them that when I previously had my carpets cleaned by another company, the stains came back a couple days later. So while the stains came back later with Cleanup Carpet Care, they still did come back. I have no children, and my husband and I are retired. We live in a retirement community, and it's not like we are having lots of people over. We don't have pets either, so no one is dragging in dirt. When I called them to tell them the stains came back, they said they would come out and take care of it. But they never did. When they were working on the stains they also said they would leave me a solution that I could brush in and then vacuum, but they never left me the solution. They were really nice and polite at Cleanup Carpet Care. I would use them again because they cleaned the carpet really, really well the first time. I had a red stain in my little sister's room, and one of the techs worked for an hour on that spot. It's so much lighter than it was before. It's really almost gone. He worked on his hands and knees on that spot. They did a really good job, and the carpets looked great for a couple weeks. But then the stains started coming back, and I never heard from them after they said they would come back out. It was during the holiday season, so I will give them an out because of that. I'm sure they were mega busy. I would probably use them again. They were polite and on time. One of the guys doing the work was also pretty sick, but he was still here on time. I've already recommended them to several people. more

First of all the guys at Cleanup Carpet Care were very friendly and honest. They made sure to go over what they were doing and kept me in the loop with all things that they did. It was better than I expected and I would definitely use them down the road. more

Do not use this company. They are very unorganized. I bought a Living Social deal from this company and scheduled right away. I moved all my furniture around to accomodate them and the day came, no one showed up. I called them and they said oops you were double booked. Ok I can be understanding, accidents happen. Well, then I rescheduled and again moved everything around etc. And they no-showed again! So I called and they said oh we did not have you down, but we can come at 2pm. I wanted an early a.m. appt. To give my carpets ample time to dry. I have thick carpet and my carpet pad is sealed, so I know it takes a little longer for my carpet to dry. That is why I scheduled these appointments twice in the a.m. Then he proceeded to say that they would give free deodorizer for the mixup, a $50 value. WHAT IT COST $50 FOR DEODORIZER? Also, they kept pressuring me when I did make these appointments for upsales like a scotchgard etc. Made me feel uncomfortable. I was never made aware prior to purchasing the deal That I would have to pay for deodorizer. Were you going to leave them smelling like wet carpet? I have had my carpets cleaned several times by other companies and never paid an additional fee for deodorizer. I was nervous in the first place to go out on a limb and try something new...so then I tried to get my voucher credited because of their lack of professionalism. They told Living Social we offered to reschedule her so what is the problem. They did not take responsibility for their errors at all. I do not trust them and I did not want them in my house. So I lost my $69. I actually found another company and they charged me $75 for everything including deodorizer and I did not have any type of coupon. Good luck to you if you have a voucher. more

I managed a youth and family community center in Fresno providing many activies and heavy traffic volume. My experience with Clean Up Carpet Care has always been an excellent one, service was outstanding, very professional and my centers carpet and floors where always perfect. I could always rely on them to respond to my needs at any given time within short notice and I could never find any other carpet business to come close to their affordable price. We originally had Cleanup Carpet Care come out to our old house to clean the carpet, couch, and some area rugs upon our move. They were very nice while giving us an estimate for it all. I'd had a different company come out for the same process, and they were so rude and expensive compared to Cleanup. As far as the work, we saw a tremendous amount of difference in the look of our area rugs! We ended up deciding against the carpet cleaning, and they had no issue with that. They even came out to our new home free of charge and put Scotchgard on our floor there. I called them to ask for some business cards so I can refer people! more
