We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again?.. To make a long story short, the Mundae Carpet Cleaners were really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. Onetime, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect?? WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer. My experience with Mundae was awsome. We needed a quality carpet cleaner but did not know anything about the industry. Mundae was very Honest, Professional and most importantly on-time. Mundae provided me with the best carpet cleaning experience I ever had. My carpet is very light beige color. It wasn't cleaned for about a year. When my son threw up I knew it needed to be cleaned right away. I am very happy with the cleaning. The carpet looks so much cleaner . It is amazing what a difference one cleaning can make. I own two dogs and as any dog owner will tell you that keeping your carpets clean and allergen free is a major concern. With this in mind I wanted to make sure that all the materials used to clean my carpets were safe and non toxic. The staff of Mundae Carpet cleaning were very responsive to my desires to have both clean carpets and provide a safe environment for my pets. Called them in a pinch at the last moment before my son's first birthday party. The apartment needed cleaning up and we had formula stains on the couch and rugs. they called me right back. Came out and did an estimate (which was fair). They even recommended using cleaners that were environmentally safe with no toxins (for the baby). The staff arrived on time wearing uniforms and all able to communicate in English. Did an unbelievable job in a short amount of time on the apartment and all the spots actually came out.
