Called them in a pinch at the last moment before my son's first birthday party. The apartment needed cleaning up and we had formula stains on the couch and rugs. they called me right back. Came out and did an estimate (which was fair). They even recommended using cleaners that were environmentally safe with no toxins (for the baby). The staff arrived on time wearing uniforms and all able to communicate in English. Did an unbelievable job in a short amount of time on the apartment and all the spots actually came out. Have used them since for regular cleaning with same great results.
