Clean Care came to our house after our upstairs washing machine leaked water from a burst hose. It cased the ceiling downstairs to release water onto on hardwood floors. After four days of fans and other equipment running they came out to remove them. The area where the water had gotten was fine BUT the area where Clean Care had their equipment was damaged (removed the polyurethane from floor) they have refused to repair the floors, because now the entire area must be redone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. more

They did a great job 2/21/2012

I had a kitchen fire that resulted in soot all over every inch of my house. Clean care was in my home for more than a week. They cleaned every surface imaginable. Black soot consumed my entire house but they worked relentlessly and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who has fire or flood damage in there home. I hope I won't need them again but if I do I won't hesitate to call them back. more

Ruined Every Surface in my home that they touched 6/12/2010

This company admittedly did not follow the directions on the chemical they used to clean after a grease fire. Every surface they touches with this chemical was ruined, including leather sofa, brass, walls, and cabinets. They refused any recourse except $1300 from their insurance company which wouldn't even restore one item's cost. Pros: Can't think of one Cons: Rude, Condescending, Mocking Management more
