We were traveling through on our way to the Keys. Great Hotel to occupy kids!

Worst

We booked through Priceline and got the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for a total of $207 for our stay. The package sounded real good with a rental included from alamo for just $8...

Beautifully decorated 8/3/2011

I really enjoyed staying at your location in Kissimmee! The rooms were so clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were so comfortable. I loved the decor of the room, I especially liked the wall locker that had internal lighting and the mirror in the wall locker, very practical for getting dressed daily. I also loved the miniature sink/kitchenette area with a refridgerator and microwave. We stayed at the Double Tree Castle Hotel in Orlando, and regretted not staying at the Clarion Resort because they did not have a microwave and refridgerator in the room. Not to mention, your hotel has a really nice waterpark and the Double tree just had a pool. We are definitely staying at the Clarion Resort for the whole time on our next family trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. more

My boyfriend tried to surprise me with a trip to Orlando for my 21st birthday, but when we got there the hotel we were booked in (Quality Inn) had cancelled our reservation. As much as we asked for them to help us, they just left us with nothing and we needed a hotel fast as we had other plans for the rest of the night. We then called this hotel and even though it was a little bit pricier than what we wanted, we decided that it will be the best place. Upon arrival we spoke to Aida and told her what had happened to us. We were expecting for her to just shrug it off and continue the check in, but she was very sweet and brought over her supervisor to see what he can do for us. When the supervisor, Rodrigo, came by, he heard our story and saw our frustratration and went ahead and gave us a discounted rate on our stay. Everyone here is super friendly. The room we had was very clean and spacious with a balcony. We truly had a great time. The Clarion made my 21st birthday great!!!!! We will definitely return :) more

Overall great experience 8/1/2011

Nice installations. Kids had a great time in the water park. Rooms clean and comfy beds. Long driving to Buena Vista area (15-20 minutes) more

His office staff was friendly and on-time. Dr. No was quick, accurate and very direct. He was able to help very quickly. His experience was invaluable and we are very happy with the results. more

We really enjoyed our stay! 7/25/2011

We really enjoyed our stay! We did a kidless weekend and was worried that other kids there would bother us, but it wasnt too bad! Our room was a king jacuzzi suite on the first floor facing the water park. It was not too loud, and were able to relax in room easily. Enjoyed the pool, wish we hit up the lazy river, but guests were treating it like a swimming pool... walking, jumping in and wading in it rather then getting a tube, sitting in it and just being lazy. We are planning another weekend here with our kids!! more

Clean and Great Service 7/22/2011

This was a nice little place. My boys had a great time at the water park and we enjoyed the cabanna with fan and tv. The service was great and the rooms were newly redone and very clean. Great place for the money. more

Food and Staff were awsome 7/21/2011

My wife and I were just there for a private party. We had a ball. The hotel staff was wonderful,and the food was good. I hope we use this hotel again more

Fabulous experience 7/20/2011

Fabulous water park and the slide were a screem!!!!! Much funner than they looked a first. Absolutely will be returning again. Staff was extremely kind and devoted their attention to our every need. Went overboard on getting us what we needed when we neede it. more

We had a reservation at the Sonesta Hotel Orlando Downtown for the long weekend, My flight was delayed from DC and I reached Sonesta the next day at 6AM, I they your reservation is cancelled and we can help you, I called the stupid manager at Sonesta when my flight was delayed and told her we will arrive late but she did not take a word what we had to say and told us your reservation is canceled and hotel is booked. This is when Clarion Resort & Waterpark comes into the picture, I called "getaroom" and they guide me to this waterpark around 14miles from Universal. The lady at the front desk was so sweet,she let us check in at 11am, and the rooms had a very good for $45+$10 Waterpark fees. Over all if you plan to drive a little far from Universal , this a very good place for the little amount you spend. more

My girlfriends and I planned a trip to Orlando and stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel! The rooms were clean, the staff friendly in a convenient location. My girlfriends and I were treated with friendly service and respect. I noticed they have a great children's area which will be great when I bring the family back to go to Disney World. I recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget who wants to stay in a clean and friendly facility. more

VERY friendly 7/5/2011

After staying there a week I have nothing bad to say... the bed was very comfortable, microwave and mini fridge in the room, my family loved the water park and pool "pool 8ft deep" , food at the resturant was good and hotel staff was VERY friendly.. Infact we had rented 3 rooms 1 for me and my family, 1 for my mother and 1 for my wifes mother and no one complained about anything.. About a 1/2 hr away from Disney staight shot down 192.. more

extremely friendly 7/1/2011

I've done more than my fair share of travel and I have to say-- just about the best sleep ever here at this location. Next to this location for sleeping was the Hilton at the Chicago O' Hare airport so, need I say more on that?! Our room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We traveled with an 8 year old and needed extra pillows, towels and blankets for our room and they came right away for us.... even being that it was 11:30 PM when we got in! more
