Cicero Pizza cannot be compared to pizza's that are made by big chain formula (Round Table, Little Ceasar's, etc.). It would be like compairing Coc au Vin to KFC -theirs is a unique dish. With their thin, fresh rolled dough, it is placed in a pan that has been coated in olive oil. The 'Secret Sauce' is added, with it's undertone of sweetness, is a delight to the palate. The cheeses and other toppings are added, then placed in the oven - and this is where one of the MAJOR differences is - it is basically fried in the pan as it cooks. When it comes out the crust has a crispness to it that is quite unique. I have never been to a pizzaria that has this tradition. The end result is a GREAT tasting pizza! We have eaten at Cicero's since 1968 and will continue to do so!
Pros: friendly staff, nice environment, like family
Cons: not in Cupertino :(, crowded at peak hours, they need an XL pizza
