Friendly, comfortable, professional 3/17/2011

My visit to Dr. Fletcher's office was probably the best dental experience I've ever had. The office is small so you get a very personable experience, and the staff is very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. During my initial visit Dr. Fletcher sat down with me and went over my entire dental history and did a full oral evaluation, and went over the results and information in great detail. During my follow up visit for a cleaning, the hygenist was friendly and gentle, and kept my informed along the way of everything that was going on, and checked in with me frequently to ensure I was ok. I am fortunate enough to have great dental hygiene but they did have some recommendations for me to consider and did not try to put the hard sell to have any procedures done or do anything not totally necessary, as some dentists do. Furthermore, the office is equipped with the most cutting edge technology and you can tell that Dr. Fletcher and his staff are of the highest calibur. I really enjoyed my experience at Dr. Fletcher's office and actually look forward to going back! more

Best Dentist Around 3/3/2011

Dr. Fletcher is a wonderful, thorough, knowledgable, dentist. The office is very high tech. The staff is terrific, and the new hygienist, Amita, is the best hygienist I've ever gone to. Painless, explained everything, and extremely well-informed. more

Amita is a good addition to the staff. She does a thorough cleaning, explains what she is doing, and waits when I need a short break. I appreciate that she gave me information about xylitol (and samples) and gave me the devices to help clean between my teeth after I floss. It was great to see Elvis, Heather and Amy! Good job! more

The hygienist was extremely gentle and thorough, and Dr. Fletcher is always very friendly and professional ? you get the feeling he loves his job and values each and every patient. A painless, efficient, enjoyable visit. Never thought I'd say that about a dentist. more

Both Dr. Fletcher and Amit were very nice, and tried hard to respect my needs. I did not like the fact that the X ray had to be taken 3 times to get the right picture. Overall I like to take the "wait and watch" approach whenever possible, rather than jump to major, invasive procedures. I've had a lot of treatment for my teeth, and have been quite traumatized by them in the past, by other dentists, who made hasty decisions, and who did not emphasize enough the idea of prevention. Please keep this in mind about me, when you make treatment recommendations. more

Amazing, like no other 2/4/2011

When my husband woke up missing the crown on his front tooth, it was a long holiday. Still Dr. Fletcher came in and fixed a new temporary tooth, so my husband could smile again at his grandkids who were here on their annual visit. Talk about friendly service, you could not find a better friend. more
