Good Chinese food is hard to come by now adays. Many, if not most, places are trying to find faster and cheaper ways to feed customers. I have been to many a Chinese restaurants and buffets and was disappointed by the low quality of the food and lack of taste. Most of them are now buying pre-made entrees and serving it! I find this practice disgusting, personally. I would pay extra for ""home-made"" Chinese food with fresh, quality ingredients. Fortunately China Star gives their customers quality and quantity at the same time for a very good price! I would travel a long way just to get food from China Star. I love their General Tso's Chicken, Beef Lo Mein, House Fried Rice, and other favorites. There is a wide variety of dishes because the food is FRESH COOKED, made from scratch. It is clearly superior to any other restaurant around! Note: I have not been paid for this endorsement nor do I personally know the owners. I just know their food, and I love it! My husband and I order from here at least once/week. They have excellent food and great service. They only take about 15 minutes to whip up a take out order. They are swamped on weekends, which can take bit longer, though. They are primarlity take-out only - too bad they're not big enough to have a lunch buffet on the weekends.
