I asked Chilson's to thoroughly inspect a used vehicle before I bought it. He never delivered the inspection checklist he promised and there were obvious mechanic and comestic problems with the car that he failed to bring to my attention (ie. worn struts/shocks, wheel misalignment, dead car battery, cracked dash panel, damaged front bumper, deep paint stratches on hood a few others.) I would not have bought the car if he made me aware of these problems that were obvious to even a non-mechanic. more

Using Chilson's for almost 15yrs! 12/21/2010

For many years I had Chilson's garage work on my vans for my business. Great diagnostics. Very few return work. Charlie is truly concerned about his customers and making sure they are happy. I take my vehicles almost 18 miles to Chilson's. I pass a bunch of places but all they want to do is try to sell things I don't need. more

this Garage offers Certified Mast Technicians who are extremely professional and polite. The take the time to explain to you exactly what the problem is with your car. more

Consistenly good 10/10/2005

Charlie Chilson was our main mechanic while living in FLoral City for 3 years. He was honest and did only the work he said he would. If he found another problem and on our old cars he'd call up and ask before performing work. Also would allow payment plan for those really big jobs. Clean waiting area with great selection of magazines. PROS: Honest and Fair CONS: none known more
