I asked Chilson's to thoroughly inspect a used vehicle before I bought it. He never delivered the inspection checklist he promised and there were obvious mechanic and comestic problems with the car that he failed to bring to my attention (ie. worn struts/shocks, wheel misalignment, dead car battery, cracked dash panel, damaged front bumper, deep paint stratches on hood a few others.) I would not have bought the car if he made me aware of these problems that were obvious to even a non-mechanic.
